Please follow these simple steps to help us fix any issues you have whilst your building in on hire
If you have a problem with your building please contact the Eco Pod Care Team
Please provide details of the issue and a photograph (where possible).
Our Care Team will be in touch and will require some information about how to access your site.
Once we have arranged a time the Eco Pod Service Team will attend site to fix the issue or provide a timescale*
*Please note damage due to misuse or vandalism may be chargeable.
