Your building has been designed, manufactured and installed to the highest possible standards. To ensure you get the most out of your building for the duration of the hire, we encourage you to carry out regular maintenance checks.
Water tanks are supplied with a pump system that ensures the supply from the tank is equivalent to domestic water pressure. Occasionally problems can arise with the pump system, please check the troubleshooting guide before calling the Eco Pod Care Team.
Waste tanks need to be serviced regularly to avoid an unpleasant odour and to avoid the possibility of overflow. The most reliable method to check when a service is required is to do so visually by lifting the access hatch.
Eco Pod advises that a quick check is made at least once daily. Please note that a standard 48 hours notice is required to arrange a tanker service. Eco Pod can arrange servicing visits on an ‘as and when’ basis or we can arrange a schedule of visits depending on your individual requirements. Please call Eco Pod Care Team for more information.
