EcoPod – End of hire

End of building hire checklist

At the end of your building hire please follow the checklist to ensure a smooth transition for the collection of your building.

If you have any questions about the termination of your hire and collection of your building please contact the Eco Pod Care Team.

Please check your contract for your minimum notice period for termination.
Send your off hire notification to the Eco Pod Care Team in writing or by email.
Arrange a site visit with the Eco Pod Care Team prior to building collection.
Arrange for all services to be disconnected and removed prior to building collection. Please contact the Eco Pod Care Team for a quotation if you require the Eco Pod Care Team to complete the disconnections on your behalf.
Arrange for all externally attached items to be removed from the building.
Arrange for any waste tanks to be emptied before pick up and all toilets to be flushed through.
Remove all non Eco Pod items (fixtures and fittings, equipment, etc.) prior to collection.
Ensure the approach to the building is clear of any obstruction to allow access for the collection vehicle.
Ensure all purchased furniture is removed prior to dismantle / collection.
Please ensure the building is unoccupied during the dismantle process.
